DLA Energy intends to issue solicitation SPE604-25-R-0401 for direct supply of natural gas to various DoD and Federal Civilian installations throughout the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Washington with a 24-month period of performance beginning October 1, 2025, and an extension period up to 6 months. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement is 29,181,316 dekatherms (dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements-type contract(s). The Government intends to issue the solicitation on a full and open competition basis, using commercial procedures (FAR Part 12) in combination with the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process (FAR Part 15).
