As of 09/29/2022, the US Northeast Region Natural Gas SPE60422R0405 solicitation is hereby updated to include an additional attachments entitled, "SPE60422R0405_DLA Responses to Offeror Questions Billing Type" and "Billing Type Tied-Aggregated Group 1 ." The attachments contain DLA's responses to the questions submitted in response to this solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DLA Energy issues solicitation SPE604-22-R-0405 and will accept offers for Direct Supply Natural Gas to various DoD and federal civilian installations throughout the US Northeast Region (including Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia) covering a 24-month delivery period, beginning April 1, 2023. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement would be 41,514,217 Dekatherms (Dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s).
