Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This RFQ is for the procurement of Renewable Energy Certificates to help various government agencies meet their 2022 renewable energy goals. Only pre-approved Basic Operating Agreement (BOA) Holders under the master agreement are eligible to bid on this and related annual RFQs. It is a small business set-aside, excluding small businesses operating under large business subsidiaries. The master BOA is open and continuous for a 5-year period.
