All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. ____________________________________________ As of 8/10/2020, the US Northeast Region Natural Gas SPE604-20-R-0407 solicitation is hereby updated to include an additional attachment entitled, "Questions in response to Solicitation_0407." This attachment contains DLA's responses to the questions submitted in response to this solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. _____________________________________________ DLA Energy issues solicitation SPE604-20-R-0407 and will accept offers for Direct Supply Natural Gas to various DoD and federal civilian installations throughout the US Northeast Region (including Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia) covering a 24-month delivery period, beginning April 1, 2021. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement would be 44,479,683 Dekatherms (Dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s).
