This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. DLA Energy intends to issue solicitation SPE604-20-R-0403 for direct supply natural gas to various DoD and Federal Civilian installations throughout the states of California, Nevada, and Washington covering a 36-month delivery period for locations in California, and 12-month delivery period for locations in Nevada and Washington, beginning October 1, 2020. The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement would be 17,823,365 Dekatherms (Dths). Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s). The Government intends to issue the solicitation on a full and open basis, using commercial procedures (FAR Part 12) in combination with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process (FAR Part 15).
