The requirement is for fuel storage facilities and fuel management services to include receiving, storing, protecting and shipping JP-8 or Jet A-1 grade of U.S. Government owned petroleum products. Storage requirements include adequate fill capacity for 500,000 barrels of aviation turbine fuel.
