This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for market research only, not a solicitation, and no award will be made from it. DLA Energy seeks qualified businesses to receive Government-owned aviation turbine fuel at DFSP Bordentown, NJ, and transfer it to the Government-owned pipeline at McGuire AFB, NJ. The facility must be capable of berthing barges up to 4,200 DWT and 300 feet LOA, with a 10-foot minimum draft, and include mooring and turning dolphin capabilities. The Government anticipates awarding one firm-fixed-price contract with a four-year base period, three five-year option periods, and a possible extension not exceeding six months. Interested firms must provide a capability response covering company profile, past performance, financial capability, and phase-in period.
