Sources Sought Notice to procure services for the operation, security and safety of Government aviation and ground fuel facilities in South Korea

The Defense Logistics Agency seeks sources capable of providing fuel operations, support, and management services for aviation and ground fuel at Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facilities and Defense Fuel Support Points in Korea, including Camp Carroll, Camp Walker, Camp Humphreys, Camp Casey, K16, Yongsan, Gunsan, Yechon, and Pohang. The anticipated procurement would result in two firm-fixed-price contracts with a four-year base period from November 1, 2027, through October 31, 2031, plus a five-year option and an option to extend up to six months. Interested firms must be able to provide all personnel, equipment, and supervision needed to receive, store, issue, and account for petroleum products, and must be registered in SAM. No budget amount is specified.
