The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The initiative aims to explore partnerships that can modernize facilities and reduce long-term costs at Navy installations within the continental United States. The Navy is interested in concepts that integrate DFSP modernization with the productive use of underutilized assets. A workshop for interested parties will be held on April 21, 2026, in Arlington, VA.
