The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The initiative aims to explore potential partnerships to modernize facilities and reduce long-term costs at Navy installations within the Continental United States. The government is interested in concepts that integrate DFSP modernization with the productive use of underutilized assets.
