The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is solely a Request for Information for planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation. The initiative aims to explore partnerships that can modernize facilities and reduce long-term costs at Navy locations within the continental United States. The Navy is interested in concepts that integrate DFSP modernization with the productive use of underutilized assets to improve operational readiness. A dedicated industry workshop and Q&A session will be held on April 21, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Hyatt Regency – Crystal City in Arlington, VA, in the Fairfax Room.
