The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The initiative aims to explore partnerships that can modernize facilities and reduce long-term costs at Navy locations within the continental United States. The government is interested in concepts involving potential business partnerships, private investment, and revenue-sharing agreements to improve infrastructure. Responses will be used to assess the feasibility of such approaches for improving operational readiness and reducing lifecycle costs.
