The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is solely a Request for Information for planning purposes and is not a solicitation for proposals. The Navy is interested in creative approaches and potential partnerships to modernize facilities and reduce long-term costs at CONUS locations.
