The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is solely a Request for Information for planning purposes and does not constitute a formal solicitation. The initiative aims to explore partnerships that improve facility conditions and reduce lifecycle costs through potential leasing agreements.
