The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. The initiative aims to explore partnerships that improve facility conditions and reduce long-term lifecycle costs at DFSPs across all Navy locations within the continental United States.
