The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking information from industry on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is solely a Request for Information for planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The initiative aims to explore potential partnerships to improve facility conditions and reduce long-term lifecycle costs at DFSPs across all Navy locations within the continental United States.
