INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR DEFENSE FUEL SUPPORT POINT (DFSP) MANAGEMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE ENHANCEMENT, AND UNDERUTILIZED LAND AND RESOURCES - DFSP POINT LOMA, CA
The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is solely a Request for Information for planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The Navy is interested in creative approaches and potential partnerships to improve facilities and reduce long-term costs at its CONUS locations. The information gathered will assess the feasibility of agreements for utilizing underutilized assets and implementing innovative DFSP solutions. A dedicated workshop and Q&A session will be held on April 21, 2026, in Arlington, VA.
