INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR DEFENSE FUEL SUPPORT POINT (DFSP) MANAGEMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE ENHANCEMENT, AND UNDERUTILIZED LAND AND RESOURCES - DFSP POINT LOMA, CA
The Defense Logistics Agency, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, is seeking industry information on innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs), enhancing bulk fuels infrastructure, and leveraging underutilized land and resources. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The performance of services would be at Navy locations within the continental United States (CONUS). The Navy aims to explore partnerships that improve facility conditions and reduce long-term costs through private-sector investment and innovative approaches. Responses are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on May 29, 2026.
