The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to provide alongside aircraft refueling services, including the management, maintenance, and operation of government-owned facilities and equipment. The work will be performed at six specified Air Force bases in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Illinois, and Missouri. The contract will be 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The Government anticipates awarding six firm fixed-price contracts for a four-year base period from November 2026 through October 2030, with a five-year option period and a potential six-month extension. The contractor will be responsible for all fuels operations, ensuring safety, quality control, environmental compliance, and 24/7 support.
