Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a Request for Proposal for Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated fuel storage and refueling services at Maks Army Airfield, Louisiana. The contractor will manage all fuels operations, including 24/7 ground fuel support, maintenance, quality control, and environmental compliance. The anticipated contract is a firm fixed-price agreement with a four-year base period and one five-year option period. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation around April 2025.
