Government Owned Contractor Operated Fuel Services at DFSP Norfolk, VA

The Defense Logistics Agency - Energy requires a contractor to manage, operate, and maintain fuel storage and distribution operations at the GOCO Defense Fuel Support Point, including Craney Island and Sewell's Point, as well as provide aircraft fuel services at Naval Station Norfolk and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to handle the full range of fuel services, including receipt, storage, testing, transfer, issuance, and security of petroleum products. The period of performance is a four-year base period from April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2029, with a five-year option and a potential six-month extension. The work will be performed at the specified locations in Virginia. This is a full and open competition for a single firm-fixed-price contract.
