The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all GOCO facilities and equipment to receive, store, issue, provide quality control and accountability of all Defense Wide Working Capital Fund (DWWCF)-owned petroleum products under their control. The Contractor is also responsible to provide, maintain, and operate Contractor-provided fuel servicing equipment in support of aircraft and vehicles assigned or transient to NAS Fallon.
