DLA Energy intends to solicit contractor-provided transportation and logistical support for moving and delivering JPTS aviation fuel using contractor-furnished containers, trucks, and related equipment. The containers must be certified for JPTS, hold approximately 24,000 liters (6,340 gallons), and include appropriate fueling connections, pumps, and adapters. The requirement also covers container cleaning and inspection compliance, staging and transportation operations, delivery coordination, loading and offloading support, shipping documentation, customs clearance support, and associated logistics management. Services involve transporting fuel from a designated port location to Government storage facilities.
