This is the synopsis for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) purchase program. A Sources Sought Notice for this requirement was previously publicized under solicitation number SPE60222R0712 on June 16, 2022. A DRAFT Schedule B is also included in this posting. The fuel procured from this buy will cover various locations in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore region of the United States. The ordering period is the date of award through March 31, 2024. The delivery period is April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 with a 30-day carryover. The methods of delivery will be tanker, barge, truck, railcar, and/or pipeline. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1 and full and open competition after exclusions of sources IAW FAR 6.2.
