This Justification and Approval (J&A) is for the acquisition of designated petroleum products on other than full and open competition basis due to Unusual and Compelling Urgency, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) via extension modification P00006 to contract SPE602-20-D-0504. All fuel products are being procured for use at Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB) in United Arab Emirates (UAE). The period of performance for this contract modification is November 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. The delivery mode is FOB Destination Pipeline. A special notice was published on September 29, 2022- that notice ("AL DHAFRA SUPPLY (JP8) SYNOPSIS") is active through December 15, 2022 for reference.
