This solicitation is available on the World Wide Web https://www.sam.gov. Please be advised that a copy of the solicitation will not be available to email due to the size. DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. Utilization of the Bulk OET is mandatory.
