This amendment # 4 is to incorporate the following questions and answers (Q&A) regarding this requirement: Question # 1: For the product on this one (JAA) are you looking for all three additives ( FSII, SDA, and CO) or a specific additive (i.e. just FSII)? Answer # 1: For the JAA, we are looking for all 3 additives( FSII, SDA, and CI). Question # 2: Is this a firm fixed price contract? Thus, there would not be an economic adjustment factor? Answer # 2: Yes, this requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. There will NOT be an economic adjustment factor. Question # 3: Does the HUBZone Price Evaluation Preference apply to RFQs? Answer # 3: Yes, it applies. Question # 4: The JAA is for use in Military Aircraft? Answer # 4: Yes. Question # 5: Will the DLA consider an origin offer? Answer # 5: Yes. Origin is acceptable. Question # 6: The delivery period is October 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. Can you give more color on the expected demand profile during that period?
