REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) SPE602-23-RFI-1006 DLA Energy – Bulk Petroleum Products Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) Program This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to conduct market research purposes only. DLA Energy is seeking information about capability to support a future R99, Renewable Diesel fuel requirements within California, using domestic sources. This RFI is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, nor will the U.S. Government pay for information solicited. The NAICS for this RFI is 324110, Petroleum Refining. Your response to this RFI is kindly requested by July 24, 2023, at 3:00 pm Eastern Time. In responding to this RFI, please also provide your company name, address, point of contact, email-address, phone number. If no, do you plan to produce in the future? If so, do you have an anticipated date to begin production? If you currently produce renewable diesel how much do you typically produce a day? Does your renewable diesel meet ASTM D975? If DLA were to have a requirement in 2024 for R99, Renewable Diesel fuel, would you be able to support such a requirement? Do you anticipate any challenges and/or constraints to producing Renewable Diesel? Please provide any other feedback, comments, considerations, etc. relevant to this request.
