REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) SPE602-23-RFI-1002 DLA Energy – Bulk Petroleum Products Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) Program DLA Energy is seeking capability information from interested parties who can meet a need for the requirements as defined below. This RFI is for market research purposes only, assists with acquisition planning, and does not constitute a request for proposal(s), a solicitation, or a request for quote(s). All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this RFI. All information received will be considered. Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude a firm from offering on any resultant solicitation; however, a lack of interest in this requirement may keep this effort from moving forward competitively. This RFI serves the following purpose: To identify qualified manufacturers and non-manufacturers that are interested, responsible, and capable of providing the following products FOB Destination via Tanker for the Bulk Fuel requirement for the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) purchase program.
