DLA Energy is seeking capability information from interested parties who can meet the requirements as defined below. DLA Energy invites responsible sources to respond to this RFI that have the capability to meet these requirements as a prime contractor at a fair and reasonable price and have an interest to propose on any subsequent procurement. The DLA Energy, Bulk Petroleum Products (DLA Energy -FEBA) requests information with regard to supplying Altus AFB, OK with JAA Aviation Fuel via the NuStar Southlake Products Pipeline. Altus AFB has six (6) above ground storage tanks that are currently in service and available for use: two (2) tanks have capacity at ~27,000 barrels per tank, and four (4) tanks have capacity at ~9,500 barrels per tank. The receiving activity at Altus AFB, OK requires non additized JAA Aviation Fuel and/or JAA Aviation Fuel with three (3) fuel additives: Fuels System Icing Inhibitor (FSII), Static Dissipater Additive (SDA), and Corrosion Inhibitor (CI). Responses to this notice will assist the Government to understand industry interest and capabilities and further refine the requirement to determine the acquisition strategy. An RFI response will not give preference to any company, obligate the Government to release a solicitation, nor will it be used as an offer upon release of any related RFP. Providing a response to this request is not a prerequisite to submit offers on future RFPs.
