Delivery Period: Under Purchase Program 1.1a, 1.1c, and 1.1h, the delivery period is from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period. The Preproposal Conference will be held on April 20, 2022 and will provide information from Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance Personnel, Offer Entry Tool (OET) and Bid Evaluation Model (BEM) personnel, as well as other representatives. The conference is scheduled to begin at 07:00 AM U.S. Eastern Time (Local, Fort Belvoir) and end at 12:30 PM U.S. Eastern Time (Local, Fort Belvoir).
