Kingman Road Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060-6222 United States Description: This synopsis is issued for the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) supplemental solicitation SPE602-22-R-0705. The F76 Naval Distillate product from this solicitation will cover only one location in the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore region in the United States for occurring pipeline shipments. The delivery method will be Pipeline, FOB Origin. The NAICS code for this supplemental is 324110. Tentative requirement details for this procurement are: Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76) 9140-00-273-2377, PP 2.5b/ ~ 3,000,000 USG Delivery Period: Under this Purchase Program, 2.5b (F76), the Delivery Period is to June 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022, with a 30-day Carry Over period. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through July 31, 2022. Solicitation Availability: A copy of the solicitation will be made available by the end of January 2022. It can be found on the World Wide Web https://www.sam.gov under solicitation number SPE602-22-R-0705. Please be advised that a hard copy of the solicitation will not be available. DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. The usage of the Bulk OET is mandatory. Therefore, vendors will be required to submit an offer through the Offer Entry Tool (OET).
