Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) Supplemental Solicitation Contracting Office Address: 8725 John J. Kingman Road Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060-6222 United States Description: This synopsis and solicitation are issued for the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore (RMW) supplemental solicitation SPE602-22-R-0705. The JAA Turbine Fuel and F76 Naval Distillate product from this solicitation will cover two locations in the Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore region in the United States for occurring pipeline shipments. The delivery method will be Pipeline, FOB Origin. The NAICS code for this supplemental is 324110. The requirement details for this procurement are as follows: Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JAA) 9130-00-359-2026, PP 2.2b/~ 11,340,000 USG Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76) 9140-00-273-2377, PP 2.5b/ ~ 3,000,000 USG Delivery Periods: Under this Purchase Programs, 2.2b( JAA) and 2.5b (F76), the Delivery Periods are as follows: 1. 2.2b (JAA) February 15, 2022 through September 30, 2022, with a 30-day Carry Over period. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through September 30, 2022. 2. 2.5b (F76) March 16, 2022 through May 31, 2022, with a 30-day Carry Over period. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through May 31, 2022. Solicitation Availability: A copy of the solicitation is available on the World Wide Web https://www.sam.gov under solicitation number SPE602-22-R-0705. Please be advised that a hard copy of the solicitation will not be available. DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. The usage of the Bulk OET is mandatory. Therefore, vendors will be required to submit an offer through the Offer Entry Tool (OET). If you intend to submit an offer, please familiarize yourself with the system and its requirements ahead of time. A user manual can be found at: https://offerwizard.dla.mil/bulkoet/bulkoet.html. Please submit your proposal by February 7, 2022 at 1:00pm, Fort Belvoir Time. The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to electronically submit and sign their offer (including the SF1449).
