This is the solicitation for the annual bulk fuel procurement for the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore (IEG) Purchase Programs. See attachment/links section for full requests for proposals and all attachments. The fuel procured from this buy will cover various bases in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore region the United States. The NAICS code for this procurement is 324110. The solicitation closing date and time is July 23, 2020 at 3PM. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through March 31, 2022. The Delivery Period is to April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022, with a 30-day carryover period. The delivery methods will be Tanker, Barge, Truck, and Pipeline, both FOB Origin and Destination, depending on the specific requirement and location. DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. The usage of the Bulk OET is mandatory. The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to electronically submit and sign their offer (including the SF1449).
