The fuel procured from this buy will cover DFSP Craney Island, VA and DFSP Houston, TX in the Inland/East/Gulf Coast/Offshore region of the United States. The ordering period is date of award through September 30, 2020. The delivery period is June 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020 with a 30-day carryover. The methods of delivery will be FOB Origin via tanker to DFSP Craney Island and FOB Origin via tanker or pipeline to DFSP Houston. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1.
