KUWAIT TANK TRUCK TRANSPORTATION Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy seeks transportation services for the Department of Defense (DoD)-owned fuel to be transported via trucks within the country of Kuwait to DLA Energy customers. The anticipated contract type is Firm Fixed Price. The delivery period is from March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2023. Details of the requirements are listed in the attachments. All interested offerors must obtain a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and must register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). DLA Energy conducts business transactions through an electronic Enterprise Business System (EBS), which must be utilized to award contracts to vendors. Contractors must register to use various on-line systems including, but not limited to, the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Suite and the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). These registrations must be accomplished in order to be considered for award. These systems cover receiving electronic orders, invoicing and payment/payment status. This solicitation is available at https://beta.sam.gov/ under the solicitation number SPE602-20-R-0702 as of November 19, 2019. Please be advised that a hard copy solicitation will not be available.
