For this solicitation, an estimated 47.39% of the fuel quantity is been set-aside for small business concerns. If you are a designated Small Business in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Please remember to make sure your System for Award Management (SAM) designation is correct. DLA Energy will be using the Bulk Offer Entry Tool (OET) for this Procurement. The usage of the Bulk OET is MANDATORY for the 2019 Rocky Mountain/West Coast/Offshore solicitation.The Bulk OET will allow Offerors to Electronically Submit and Sign their offer (including the SF 1449).
