DLA Energy intends to issue a full and open RFP for Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Type II, Grade A, at RAAF Base Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. The contractor must provide all products, supplies, management, tools, equipment, and labor for f.o.b. destination into-storage or on-demand commercial servicing, including hot fills, fill-line restriction orifice, expedite/emergency delivery, and detention fee service CLINs. A five-year contract is anticipated with a total estimated quantity of 10,000 gallons. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 23 November 2026. Interested qualified organizations are asked to provide capability statements covering specification compliance, sampling/testing, government quality-assurance access, and SAM registration status.
