This is a market research notice for the potential future procurement of bulk Grade A Helium gas for delivery to a contractor-owned tank in Lajas, Puerto Rico. The required product must meet specific military specifications and be delivered using a trailer with a minimum 90 MC capacity. All delivery personnel must be U.S. citizens with compliant identification and are subject to security checks and vehicle searches at delivery locations. Starting May 7, 2025, driver identification must comply with the Real ID Act. The government is seeking to identify capable sources but has not committed to a subsequent solicitation.
