RFQ - Gaseous Helium (GHH) Lajas, Puerto Rico
DLA Energy requires delivery of Grade A Gaseous Helium to Lajas, Puerto Rico, with the contractor responsible for filling, safety inspections, and pressure-testing into Government-owned trailers. The estimated quantity is 1,000 MC total, with performance from December 2026 through December 2031 (60 months) plus an optional extension of up to 6 months. A firm-fixed-price, requirements-type contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. Quoters must submit technical, pricing, and administrative materials, including past performance references, SAM registration, and a formal subcontracting plan if applicable, as the procurement exceeds $750,000. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination to Lajas, Puerto Rico.
