Aviator Breathing Oxygen for Gowen Field, ID
This is a 60-month, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery requirements contract for the delivery of Aviator’s Breathing Oxygen (ABO) Type II to the Air National Guard Base at Gowen Field, Idaho, with performance from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031. The contractor must provide all product, labor, equipment, transportation, and management for FOB destination delivery into government-owned tanks, with an estimated five-year total quantity of 75,000 UG6. The product must meet MIL-PRF-27210J, and associated services include expedited/emergency delivery, detention fees, fill line restriction orifice, and tank hot fill. Offerors must submit pricing, a technical capability statement, past performance information, and other required documents, and the government may conduct a pre-award survey and request a Certificate of Analysis. A 6-month extension option exists under FAR clauses 52.217-8 and 52.217-9.
