The Defense Logistics Agency Energy – Aerospace Energy intends to procure on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis for the requirement of refurbishment, recertification, and maintenance of a fleet of compressed gas tube-bank trailers, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) containers on chassis, stand-alone chassis, and Gas Transport Module Units (GTMU’s) on chassis which are utilized for bulk compressed gas service. The Contractor shall provide all supplies, products, management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that container fleet is brought to and or maintained to a safe, serviceable and roadworthy condition. The period of performance will be from 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2022 and will be used to establish a one-year firm fixed price requirements type contract. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 1 February 2021 and posted on Beta.SAM.gov.
