This is a five-year requirements contract for the delivery of Aviator Breathing Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen to 16 locations in the U.S. West Region, with a period of performance from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. The estimated quantities are 1,975,000 UG6 of oxygen and 552,000 UG6 of liquid nitrogen. Services will be performed at multiple Air Force and military bases across several western states, including Arizona, Alaska, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract using a lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. The solicitation includes several amendments, one of which reduces the required tank sizes at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.
