The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy), as the Department of Defense (DOD) Integrated Material Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and related services has a two (2) year requirement for delivery of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), (NSN 6830-01-666-3472) requirements of Type II, Grade B, 99.50% minimum purity, Commercial Item Description A-A 59155 dated 5 March 2003, Nitrogen to Changi Naval Base, Singapore. The requirement also includes Miscellaneous Services, Cancellation/Missed Delivery Fee, Aborted Quantity, and Detention Fee. The Government intends to award a two (2) year Firm Fixed Price Requirements-Type contract, on or about April 2021, using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about July 2020 and posted on the Beta Sam website at: www.beta.SAM.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor Beta Sam for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.
