Ramseur, Contract Specialist, Phone: 210-780-4869 EMAIL: willard.ramseur@dla.mil Roman Bernal, Contracting Officer, Phone: 210-780-5052 EMAIL: roman.bernal@dla.mil The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy), as the Department of Defense (DOD) Integrated Material Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and related services have a twenty-eight (28) month requirement at Souda Bay Greece for production and delivery of 18,000 LBs of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) , NSN 6830-01-666-3472), Type II, Grade B, 99.50% minimum purity, Commercial Item Description A-A-59155. The vendor must have the capability and interest to provide all necessary equipment, tools, supplies and labor to convert the contractor supplied Liquid Nitrogen into Gaseous Nitrogen and charge Gaseous Nitrogen directly into the ship’s banks via the hull connection located at Souda Bay Greece NSA, Marathi NATO Pier Complex, Pier K14. Liquid Nitrogen will be delivered F.O.B. Destination. The Government intends to award a twenty-eight (28) month Firm Fixed Price Requirements-Type contract, on or about 30 April 2020, using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about February 2020 and posted on the Beta.sam.gov website at: www.beta.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor beta.sam.gov for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Only emailed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.
