The proposal due date is not extended. Industry Questions: We should not include the cost of JP-10 per gallon with our PF-1 price per gallon. This is because the JP-10 is eligible for invoicing when produced and then pulled out of inventory when required for PF-1. In other words, we should not include the JP-10 pricing per gallon when calculating the PF-1 price because we already invoiced when manufactured. Is this correct? Answer: The government does not require the contractor to store Government owned JP-10 nor PR-1 product. Contractors proposed cost would include all cost to produce either product.
