The Government intends to extend its current firm-fixed-price contract with the incumbent, TRC Government Service LLC, for a period of 9 years. The performance period will be from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2035. Services will be performed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and involve providing Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) bulk petroleum products and services. The contractor will be responsible for the full operation, maintenance, security, and accounting of fuel storage and facilities, including specific storage capacities for various fuel types. This is a sole-source procurement under FAR authority.
