PR Number: 1000088609 Nomenclature: FSC 5340 Fully Competitive Retainers RFP Due Date: 21 April 2020 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 22 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 467 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 250 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 2020 June 01 The Government intends to award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance considered.
