RFP Due Date: 04/13/2020 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13.5, “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items “and therefore will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation and award documentation and notification that comply with FAR 13.1. This procurement is for a two-year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 115 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 3,198 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 120 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 07/13/2020 The Government intends to award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance considered.
