PR Number: 1000088641 Nomenclature: Fully Competitive FSC 5340 Leafs, Levers, Rods, Snaps, and Standoffs RFP Due Date: May 27, 2020 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 83 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 3671 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 180 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 2020 September 30. Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing “Best Value” Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The Government intends to award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance considered.
