PR Number: 1000092373 Nomenclature: FSC 5340 Fully Competitive Miscellaneous Items. RFP Due Date: 26 June 2020 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 90 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 2,268 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. This acquisition is being solicited on as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 185 days. This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 2020 July 31. The Government intends to award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the Government, price and past performance considered.
