This item is a Resilient Mount, NUSIL TECHNOLOGY LLC 5U206 P/N FS2-3512 and BOEING COMPANY, THE 76301 P/N 74B870438-205. Drawings are not available. Contractors who are not quoting the approved manufacturing source are considered to be Alternate Offers and may submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered for future awards contingent upon the review/approval/acceptance of the SAR package. The quantity is 420 each. This is an unrestricted procurement. The RFQ will be issued as an other than full and open competition. The applicable statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This is a commercial item. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. FOB Origin, Destination Inspection applies. Price and Past Performance will be evaluation factors. The requested delivery is 150 days. The estimated solicitation issue date is 1/18/21. The solicitation will become available on DIBBS after the issue date.
